2 pkgs. crescent rolls
1 pkg. Uncle Dan's ranch dressing mix
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
1-8oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup chopped broccoli florets
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1/2 cup chopped cauliflower
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar or sharp cheddar cheese
Unroll 2 pkgs. Pillsbury Crescent Rolls, flat onto a large baking sheet, gently pressing edges together to make one large crust. Poke holes in dough, then bake 10 to 12 minutes at 400 degrees. Cool completely.
Blend cream cheese, mayo, sour cream & seasoning package together. Spread over cooled crust. Sprinkle mixed veggies & grated cheese on top and pat gently. Cut into small squares or triangles. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 5 hours.

Hey Monika -- I have made this recipe twice now in the past month. I really like it. My kids were "duped" ,into thinking they were eating pizza (they expect cheese and pepperoni, not vegetables). So, I just need to call it something else. Anyway, I want to know the story behind the name of the recipe . . .
